It assesses the level of trust that employees experience in their leaders, the level of pride they have in their jobs, and the extent to which they appreciate their teams and colleagues. To be Great Place to Work-CertifiedTM, a company must score above average in the areas of credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
